Jefferson County ACEs Survey

In August 2021, Resilient Jefferson County contracted with Dr. Melissa Fry and the Indiana University Southeast Applied Research and Education Center to conduct a survey to determine the level of ACEs in Jefferson County and which ACEs were most prevalent. The survey was open from mid-September through the end of October. The survey was conducted on-line and paper surveys were distributed across the county and was available in both English and Spanish. The findings were presented at a community forum on December 7th. The results will be used to further educate the community on ACEs and to develop and expand programming to reduce the impact of ACEs in our community.
